Lighten up the life force energy you feed your Self daily - Life force energy can be gained in our body and energy system in many ways, food being one of them. Lighten up your food with fresh fruits and vegetables, smoothies and plenty of water. A general rule that has helped me over the years is to eat foods in Spring-Summer that grow above ground - And return to foods that grow below ground for the colder seasons.
Lighten up the joy in your energy through fun activities - With or without the sun outside, take a moment to make the most of the outdoors and having fun in it. Sink your bare feet in the ground as part of earthing, which is a powerful way of grounding and releasing stale energy. Find outdoor activities that feel fun to you. Tap into the playful side of life!
Lighten up your heart fro new connections - Summer is a great time to nurture existing connections, but to also form new ones. The energy is perfect for being open to meeting people.
Lighten up your yoga and meditation practice - Take your home practice outside and see what a difference it makes to your experience. Maybe the next time you go to your local park or explore a new green space, take your yoga mat and make space to enjoy your spiritual practice.
Lighten up your colours - This is something I especially seem to notice in London, we all wear such dark clothing sometimes! Invite new lighter colors into your clothes, into your visualization work, into your home, into any part of your life that you are connected to daily… and literally feel your energy lighten up too!
