Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Energy Therapies & Mentoring With Tera KaurI have been working in the holistic health field since 2004 - This has been a huge passion for me since the 90's (I came across a law of attraction book that changed everything for me) and I continue to feel inspired by it - through nature, creativity, meeting other like-minded people, travel and more!
My professional journey as a therapist started in London - I studied in University to be a Psychologist and I work in the heart of the banking district. I was running my own therapy clinic, working with many therapists (medical, psychological and holistic) and with clients from many walks of life. Soon after, I qualified as a Kundalini yoga teacher too and felt the need to share in new ways. I currently work between London and Barcelona. |
