One of the things I love to do during my sessions is to give practical tips for people to use. Over the years, I have given many tips and had some great feedback from my clients. Now, I am putting this into an intensive online program for anyone to use.
The course will bring together many Kundalini yoga meditations, plus daily energy tips to try over the course of the 21 days (and beyond).
Awareness is the key - By bringing awareness to how we use our energy in our daily lives, we can learn how to work with our Chakras on a deeper level. Kundalini yoga is also the yoga of awareness, helping us all to listen to our Self fully. This course also uses journal writing to release and explore each energy tip and meditation.
